Warm Weather Shipping
During periods of elevated temperatures, orders may be shipped with insulated packaging and, when appropriate, cooling materials. Shipping schedules may also be adjusted to reduce the risk of heat exposure.
Customer Responsibility
Please track your shipment and bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Leaving chocolate products outdoors or in a mailbox may affect their quality.
Storage & Product Care
For the best quality, store your TAVATA products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. During warmer months, refrigeration is recommended. If your
chocolate-covered dates arrive warm or soft, allow them to cool or refrigerate briefly before serving. Minor softening or cosmetic changes do not affect product quality.

Store chocolate-covered dates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odours. During warmer months or when indoor temperatures are high, refrigeration is
recommended.
Serving Recommendations
For the best taste and texture, remove refrigerated products 15–30 minutes before serving. Allowing the chocolate to return to room temperature enhances its flavour and provides the ideal
texture.
Date Seed Coffee
Store date seed coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon when handling the product.
Date Syrup, Date Sugar & Other Date Products
Keep date-based pantry products tightly sealed and store them in a cool, dry location. Follow any storage instructions provided on the product label after opening.
