Product Care Guide
TAVATA Product Care Guide
TAVATA products are handcrafted with premium ingredients and deserve the same level of care after they arrive. Following these recommendations will help preserve their quality, flavour, and
presentation.
Chocolate-Covered Dates
Store chocolate-covered dates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odours. During warmer months or when indoor temperatures are high, refrigeration is
recommended.
Serving Recommendations
For the best taste and texture, remove refrigerated products 15–30 minutes before serving. Allowing the chocolate to return to room temperature enhances its flavour and provides the ideal
texture.
Date Seed Coffee
Store date seed coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon when handling the product.
Date Syrup, Date Sugar & Other Date Products
Keep date-based pantry products tightly sealed and store them in a cool, dry location. Follow any storage instructions provided on the product label after opening.
Luxury Gift Boxes
Keep gift boxes in a cool, dry place until they are presented. Avoid leaving gift boxes in vehicles, near windows, or in direct sunlight, especially during warm weather.
Warm Weather Care
During hot weather, chocolate may soften during transport. This does not affect food safety or quality. Simply refrigerate the product briefly, then allow it to return to room temperature before
serving.
Shelf Life
Please refer to the Best Before date on each product label. Shelf life varies depending on the product and packaging.
Handling
Handle products with clean, dry hands and keep packages sealed until ready to enjoy. Once opened, reseal the packaging whenever possible to help maintain freshness.
Our Commitment
TAVATA is committed to delivering premium handcrafted products made with carefully selected ingredients, elegant presentation, and responsible practices. Following these care recommendations helps ensure every product is enjoyed at its very best.
